It’s Time to Face the Music

Okay—it is time that I faced the music—or at least the scale. Do you remember a few months back when I promised I would lose 35 pounds by summer—well, I have changed my diet, started playing tennis and walking my dog every day and have lost a total of 1.2 pounds! No wonder people quit-it is obviously a scam.

So, this is the scoop—I think since I do so much work with our Home Staging business, Simple Appeal-the fact that we launched our training business on how to run your own Home Staging business—APSD, and now I am writing a book on Curb Appeal as well as Extreme Exit Strategy Marketing—well, I guess I sit and munch more than I realize—there it is—the cold hard truth.

Here I am though, still determined to lose my 35 pounds and get in really great shape. I decided to join a women’s workout bootcamp which begins on Wed and promises to kick my bootie into shape (It actually started on Monday, but I could not go until I saw my DR about my back)—I am journaling my food, so I really do watch what I eat, and I am playing tennis—because I really like that.

If you want to do it with me, I will tell you how I am doing a couple of times a week. I will lose 35 pounds and get in great shape by Sept30th—2008—let me know if you are on board and we will keep each other accountable.

Talk to you soon!
